Confession Friday 7-1!

Happy first of July, everyone! It's time for Confession Friday....

I confess that I can't believe we're back at Friday already! Where did this week go??

I couldn't find Grace anywhere. And then I heard a little crunching sound coming from somewhere....

Grace found some cheez-its, and she hid under a table to eat them!

Caught ya!

I confess that for the first time ever...I want to go back to school. I want to do what I set out to do in the first place - teach. Since about 3/4 of my bachelor's degree is made up of teaching requirements it wouldn't take me long at all. But I don't want to do it until ALL of my kids are in school full time, which could be 10 years from now! Ugh....

I confess that I ate all of Eric's oreo truffles this week, and I got a very long lecture about it. The new truffles are being made today. Sorry, dear!

I confess that one day in college a girlfriend told me that I would be vacuuming in pearls someday...and I took that as a compliment. :) (And obviously never forgot about it, haha.)

I confess that I avoid using our bedroom bathroom, because there is an air vent RIGHT IN FRONT of the toilet that I cannot get to close, despite my best efforts. There's nothing like sitting down to a blast of icy cold air in the morning. :)

I confess that I'm supposed to be writing copy for a lighting website right this very minute, but I'm blogging instead.

I confess that all I can think about lately is what new products will be in the brand new Fall/Holiday PartyLite catalog at the end of this month. I'm obsessed. And I'm coveting these:

Don't mind the fuzzy scanned picture. I LOVE these apothecaries, and they will be mine for my birthday!!

I confess that I think getting a brightly colored key ring to make my keys easier to find totally backfired...now they're a magnet for pudgy little fingers. My keys are gone AGAIN.

I confess that my tongue hurts from eating too many popsicles lately. They curb my totally expensive sno cone cravings!

I confess that Grace learned how to clap after me yesterday, and I'm nerdily glowing with pride. But seriously...slow down, girlfriend!

I confess that Gracie discovered a love for puffed baby treats this week, and so did mommy. They're delicious! Haha.

^^I confess that on our shopping trip last night I bought some cheese puffs just so Evelyn and I don't eat all of Grace's "baby food." :)

I confess that, up until a couple of weeks ago, I was really bad about making sure Evie's teeth got brushed every night before bed. Yikes!

I confess that I know A LOT of people going through A LOT of crap right now, and I hate it. I've never prayed so hard in all of my life!

I confess that I'm CRAVING apple pie like nobodies business...so I think I'm off to make some! Have a great 4th of July weekend everyone! I'm not sure if there will be a blog post or not on Monday, but we'll for sure meet back up on Tuesday. :)

Oh dude...that apple pie is making my mouth water. And all I have here at work is a Star Crunch. Not the same :(

I confess that I have also been eating alot of popsicles lately. Not enough money to buy all the snow cones I would want so I have to settle for second best.

I confess that pie just made me want to call my mom and see if she would make me one. Pies are not my specialty in the cooking department.

I confess I want to pinch Gracie's legs! seriously, how stinkin cute!!!!

I confess I am incredibly jealous of your relationship with partylite. I just can't afford it, and no one has ever bought it for me!
ps. your last post about partylite & you posted a picture of your candles that rarely get lit... if you ever decide to sell that, please think of me FIRST! i love love love it! :)

I will definitely keep you in mind, Kim! But you know what...it's been a couple of years since I've looked at their stuff, and I think the prices have gone down on some of the accessories. At least 85% of the catalog is under $40. I was shocked! And now they run specials every single month...if you spend $40 you get ANY item you want in ANY catalog for half price. I'm seriously taking full advantage of that, haha. Eric is letting me spend $100 for my birthday, and I can't wait!
