Confession Friday 9-2!

Can you spy what is wrong with this picture?

It looked even goofier in person. I about busted a gut last night at the dinner table. :)

Happy Friday! Get ready to read some random stuff today, haha.

I confess that I've become so addicted to watching Big Brother live feeds when I'm sitting at the computer that I have no clue what I'm going to do when the show ends next week. Sigh. My summer officially ends when Big Brother is over. (Go Rachel and Jordan!) <-- Eric is slapping his forehead right now.

I confess that I know every single present that the girls are getting for Christmas...and I want to buy it all right this very second!

I confess that I haven't worn color on my fingernails in over two years.  My name is Adrien Robert, and I'm a fingernail nudist.

I confess that I wish I were a ten year old girl right now, because Justice has some insanely cute purses on sale and I want one. Too bad "Justice" is plastered all over them. Why didn't stores like that exist when I was 10?

I confess that we've eaten cake for breakfast the last two mornings. Yummy.

I confess that there should be a picture >>RIGHT HERE<< of Grace covered head to toe in applesauce, but I can't find it. Let's just say the girls were partners in crime on that one while I took a 30 second trip to the bathroom. I should've known something was up when they weren't pounding down the door to get in.

I'll show you these instead. :)

This is what the girls look like when they watch Princess and the Frog. Mesmerized. I confess that I just found a new babysitter when I need to get chores done. :)

I confess that this year is the first year since we've been married that Eric hasn't had to take paternity leave. (Sheesh!) So he's taking all next week off just to spend time with our family. We're going to hang around the area and do things we don't get to do every day. Nothing special, but I cannot WAIT!

I confess that after this week I wish I could block half of my friends on facebook without anyone noticing. Drama, drama, drama....

I confess that I just saw a promo on Disney Junior for their Fall lineup which starts on TUESDAY, and I got major butterflies. It's really happening. Fall is actually coming.

I confess that over the past few years Country music has gone from my absolute least favorite genre to my favorite, and I would've never ever guessed in a million years that would happen. Every time we get in the car and Eric asks what I want to listen to I say "put on something country." Haha.

I confess that despite that last confession, my all time favorite bands are not country, and if you want a breath of fresh air in the cloud that is crappy music right now, you need to check this out:

(It won't let me embed.)

Oh, Mutemath. My girls love this junk. We have Mutemath dance parties. It's good times.

I confess that my girls have officially entered the season of fighting over things...sippy cups, toothbrushes, random toys.... I may not survive this stage. Help me.

I confess that when there are no clean forks in the house...I grab a spoon. Wash a single fork? No time! I've got cake to eat. :)

I confess that Grace stood unsupported for the first time last night, and you would've thought our child was just awarded the Nobel Peace Prize with the ruckus we made over it. That kid is going places.

I confess that I'm so ready to get this weekend started so that Eric can officially be mine all mine! :)

Hope you all have a great weekend!

Hehehe....

I confess that your Princess and the Frog confession made me want to go rent Tangled for the night. Cause that movie has the same affect on me.

I confess that when I run out of clean silverware and don't want to wash them, I go to Dollar General and buy plastic. Same with cups :)

Oh Heather I am right there with you sister! I love plastic silverware and cups! Especially with Landon! He loves to try and cut his own food so plastic knifes are heaven sent in our house!!!

I confess I'm extremely jealous that you have Eric all to yourself for a week. Dane is taking off a week when Layla is born, but you know how hectic things will be. Those 7 days are going to fly by!

I confess that I would probably go crazy if Ryan took a whole week off to spend at home...sounds bad I know but he throws off our whole routine when he is home during the week!

I confess that I drove to west county JUST to go to the new carters store that is over there! I couldn't resist...everything is 50% off plus all clearance is an extra 30% off & I had a 20% off coupon!

I confess that we never run out of silverware because my HUSBAND does the dishes most of the time (I know, be jealous of me)

I confess I balked a little at the idea of cake for breakfast really sweet things still give me morning sickness, and that amount of sugar in my already hyper child would not be fun.

Tangle can mezmorize my child as well, but if I really want to get stuff done I put in Sesame Street's version of Peter and the Wolf the musical, that she will watch over and over again.

I confess that Princess and the Frog kind of scared me. It's pretty dark as far as Disney goes. So your girls are champs in my eyes if it keeps them entertained and not scared!

I confess I have been a super unorganized and absent blogger since school started! Haha - got your message on that post Adrien. I had set up a little schedule for Featured on Friday wayyy back this summer of people we would love to feature sometime! I had emailed you (got the address from Cassie) about a month ago to see if you were interested but maybe it was the wrong email?? Anyway, forgot to delete the scheduled post, so yes, Featured on Friday - Adrien? was in fact you. :) We would LOVE to feature you sometime though (some of those cute bday ideas???) - so email me!!! :)

Haha, Katie...they're not scared one bit, but I agree. I don't really care for those voodoo scenes, and the movie would have been stellar without them. The artistry was amazing, but it's a little over the top.

Sarah - I totally didn't see the email! I'd love to do it. :)
