Confession Friday - Family Edition. :)

Ten years ago today I was a Junior in High School taking the ACT for the first time. By the end of the day I would find myself with a new boyfriend...sigh...and now we are married with baby number three on the way. Holy ten years! Love you, Eric Schmerick!

Reposting this from last year's post, haha.

I confess that I have a new arch-nemesis: my toothbrush. Aka: the gag-reflex inducer.

I confess that I love my new haircut, but when I woke up this morning I thought I caught sight of a junior high girl in the mirror. Seriously? Aren't haircuts supposed to make you look older?

I confess that I can't resist Gracie's "pleases" for anything. "Pwea, pwea, pwea!" Cracks me up and melts my heart. :)

I confess that one of the first things I thought of when we found out we were expecting was, "Holy cow, three toddlers at Disney next year?? How are we going to pull that one off?"

I confess that I'm sick of the lottery. Over it. And I'm convinced that some old person who doesn't have a clue what's going on actually won.

I confess that nothing is funnier than watching toddlers attempt to do jumping jacks.

Eric has traded in Hulk shirts and converse for suits and ties. I think he's even more handsome than Ridiculously Photogenic Guy, but that's just me. :D

Since Eric is home with us today, I made him confess a few things, too. :)

Eric confesses....

"I've gained just as much weight as Adrien this pregnancy...and I have to stop."

"Chili cheese nachos sound like a really easy solution for dinner, but chili cheese diapers don't sound like a good or easy solution to anything."

"One of my favorite things about being a dad is having the excuse to watch cartoons whenever I want."

Evelyn and I have rather interesting conversations every single day. I decided to write a couple of ours down from yesterday so I wouldn't forget them. :)

Evie: My daddy is a great mailman!
Me: What? Shh...that's how rumors get started!
Evie: My daddy is a great doctor!
Me: Okay, that's better. :)

Evie: Mommy, you're turning!
Me: I'm turning?
Evie: You're turning into a super mommy! And I'm super Evie, and that's super Gracie. And we have a super daddy. And we make a great team.

^^I only wish I would think to write down every thing she says. :D

We hope you all have a very fun and blessed Easter with your friends and family this weekend! Now we're going to enjoy this day - later taters. :)

Cute cute post!

I confess that as I sit at home on my computer right now, my dogs are having a time out in their kennels. Had to get some homework done, and 2 barking rats were not helping.
