Hooray for Medicine!'s been a while! I'm happy to report that I'm blogging from a WORKING computer! (Thanks Eric!) Actually, it was working last Friday, but I....wasn't.

It's a long story. I've been very, very sick since late Wednesday night, and I'm still on the mend. After several days of ridiculously high fever and headaches we finally talked to a doctor friend of ours and it turns out I have an infection from breastfeeding. Yeah...and it's no joke. It hurts. Who knew something like that could take you down for the count? At one point I seriously thought I was going to go blind - even my eyeballs were hot. Luckily our friend pointed us in the right direction, and I have the medicine I need to get better. Seems to be doing the trick so far!

Unfortunately, that meant I had to miss out on all of the fun things happening around our town this weekend to kick off the holiday season. No lighted parade or trolley rides or Christmas tours for me. This is the second year in a row that I've had to sit out on the festivities because of illness. Last year it was the girls who were sick. One of these years I'll get to go again!

So what has been happening around here since I disappeared off of the planet?

Well I cant find half of the pictures, but here are a few.

Evelyn was up to her old tricks. She tried to turn her sleeping brother into a cowboy. A sucker-toting cowboy. I laughed so hard when I saw this. :)

I cleaned out the totally awesome closet I told you all about (before I was sick) :

I haven't taken the after picture yet, but I SWEAR I cleaned it!
It's now being filled with Christmas presents. :)

Speaking of Christmas presents....

The Disney Store has the cutest packaging ever!
Somebody in their marketing department is a genius.
Not that anyone at Disney needs to be told that.

These were our girls last night:

GLUED to the TV. And why?
Because Disney has done it again. I'm sure there were millions of other girls doing the exact same thing last night. Evie and Grace were so excited to watch the debut of Sofia the First: Once Upon A Princess. She's Disney's first pint-sized princess, and I'm pretty sure they hit a home run with this one. More like a hit out of the stadium and looped around the world a couple of times with this one.

Somebody is getting a nice, fat, bonus this Christmas, I would say.

And that has been life. Hanging out in our PJ's, doing a lot of online shopping (almost done with the kids!) and surviving. Barely surviving. It was touch and go there for a while. I have plans to venture out of the house tonight for the FIRST time since Wednesday. Let's hope I didn't forget how to drive! Haha. Thank you so much for your patience with me. I feel like I've been saying that a lot since Reagan has arrived, but life has been insane since he's been here!

I can't forget to give a huge CONGRATULATIONS!! to Sarah Roscow who gave birth to her third son Liam in the wee hours of the morning. We are so excited for your family, Sarah! I can't wait to hear more about how your experience went - he sure is a cutie! We're praying for a quick healing for mama, and a smooth transition for the family. :)

I'm looking forward to feeling even better and enjoying the holidays with my family this week. Only three days...we can do this!

I had two of those lovely infections after I had Max. It is a major killer but you are a tough cookie! I loved the lollipop eating, cowboy! Hilarious!
