Fat Bustin

Hello, friends. I don't have much to recap today. I just finished up my second night of p90x, and while I'm sure this could be a little premature I can honestly say that I'm LOVING it! I couldn't wait to get started, I was giddy when I finally got the dvd's, and I spend all day looking forward to my workout. Weird, I know.

I really love that I don't have to do it in front of anyone else, haha, especially Eric! I wait until his hiney is in bed before I start huffing and puffing in the living room. Tonight he walked into the room right before I was about to get started, and he noticed some spaghetti jars lying on a chair.

"Err, those are my weights for now," I said with a giggle. "The green beans weren't heavy enough."

I thought Eric was going to bust. a. gut. "Who is your trainer, Chef Boyardee?!" He snickered all the way to the bedroom. "Itsa spicy meatball!"

Laugh now my sweet, in a few months I'm going to be able to beat you up. Ha! No, not really. I was laughing just as hard as he was. :)

I debated over whether or not I was going to take pictures throughout my weight loss journey (I'm doing the "lean" program to get rid of this extra flab around my middle). I really don't want to take pictures of myself at the moment, but then I know I'll probably really regret it if I don't. But I swear no one else on the planet is ever going to see those things, nuh uh, no way! I've had three kids in four years, and that's all I'm gonna say about THAT.

Okay, so I'm cracking up over using the phrase "weight loss journey." I'm only five pounds away from my "wedding weight" at the moment, but it sure doesn't look like it! Join me, as I journey to lose five pounds. It's going to be an exciting adventure. Yeah, definitely doesn't sound as thrilling that way. :)

And now that you know way more then you need to know about my attempts to lose my baby belly, I bid you farewell and a happy Wednesday! We're halfway there!
