October was AWESOME

October ended so abruptly that I never had time to do a monthly wrap up! We squeezed in so much this month and had so many fun things happen (yay birthdays!) that this one will be a little different. Whew, looking back, I can't believe we actually did it!

My sister came home from bootcamp at the beginning of the month, and we had a whirlwind week as we tried to do as many things as possible with her.

We went to Eckert's....

Baked Christmas cookies for two days....

Had Faux Thanksgiving....

And there was a little "good to see you!" shindig on a Saturday night.

Gracie turned THREE!!

We celebrated with a party and a family fun day. :)

We sent my sister away again. :( Can't wait for more fun times on her next visit!

Mr. Reagan turned ONE! He learned how to shake his head yes and no in response to things on his birthday, and my goodness, it's the cutest thing. You'd think my kid was Einstein the way I act every time he does it.

Of course, it was October, so there was plenty of Halloween fun to be had!

Pumpkin carving...

And trick-or-treating!

There were babies to celebrate and cuties in our family being born...annual church fish fries and more. I don't think we sat much in October. :)

NO we didn't do all we had planned. There was more I wanted to accomplish, but that's okay - I think we did enough! Haha. In addition to all of the fun times we had, Reagan started walking, and that is definitely worth noting! It's hilarious watching him try to keep up with his sisters. That boy never actually tried walking, he thinks he needs to RUN everywhere.

What a great month it was! October is our favorite...but there are so many more fun times ahead. Now we're officially in the holiday season, and it's all fair game. Can't wait to capture the memories in many different ways this year!
